Big Green Egg® XL Pizza Wedge

Savor the robust, smoky flavor that comes from cooking pizzas over charcoal and enjoy an authentic pizzeria experience.

Durable cast aluminum and Marine-Grade 316 Stainless Steel stand up to high temps and the elements.

Integrated heat fins keep air moving and temps steady for your evenly cooked crusts and toppings in minutes.

Open-front design gives you full visibility while cooking—no more guessing or losing heat.

Heat fins ensure consistent heat distribution and airflow for even melting and baking while giving you full visibility to monitor food during the cooking process without the hassle of opening and closing the grill dome.

Create charcoal-fired pizzas with crisp crust in minutes turning your Egg into the ultimate pizza oven.

Constructed from aluminum and marine-grade stainless steel for superior heat distribution and rust-resistant durability.

Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water.

Do NOT place the Pizza Wedge in the dishwasher, the detergents will discolor the aluminum.

Allow to cool before removing the Pizza Wedge from the grill. If you must remove the wedges when they are hot, then use high-temperature gloves.

Once removed, allow the Pizza Wedge to cool naturally on a trivet or heat-resistant mat.

The XL Pizza Wedge turns your Big Green Egg into a charcoal-fired oven in your backyard - no delivery required. From thin-crust Neapolitan to deep-dish Detroit, it delivers that crispy, melty, just-right finish every time.
