Thor Kitchen L Series 48" Matte Black Pro Style Gas Range

The front center burner hits 18,000 BTU for the kind of immediate, ferocious heat that sears proteins properly, brings large stockpots to a boil in minutes, and drives serious wok cooking at home.

Five additional 12,000 BTU burners give you a full spread of simultaneous cooking zones, each capable of handling everything from a rolling simmer to a hard sear without competition for space or heat.

The center griddle burner delivers flat-top cooking directly on the range, ideal for pancakes, smash burgers, bacon runs, and anything else that benefits from broad, even contact heat.

A 4.55 cu. ft. primary oven and a dedicated 2.2 cu. ft. secondary oven run independently, so you can roast and bake simultaneously at different temperatures without either dish suffering.

A commercial-grade convection fan in the primary oven circulates heat uniformly across all racks, cutting cook times and eliminating the hot spots that cause uneven browning.

Bake, Convection Bake, Roast, Convection Roast, and Broil give you precise control over heat delivery for every technique in your repertoire.

A reflective gas tube broiler distributes radiant heat uniformly across the full oven cavity, producing a consistent sear and locking in moisture rather than driving it out unevenly.

Heavy-duty cast-iron grates run as a single connected surface across the entire cooktop, allowing you to slide pots and pans freely without lifting, and handling the weight of any cookware you own.

A seamless black porcelain tray sits beneath the burners and captures spills at the source, eliminating the grout lines and seams where grease typically accumulates.

Tactile, direct knob controls let you adjust heat instantly and precisely without navigating a touchscreen, which is exactly how serious cooking should work.

A full-width storage drawer below the ovens keeps sheet pans, broiler inserts, and racks organized and within reach without cluttering cabinet space.

Thor Kitchen backs this range with a full two-year parts and labor warranty, giving you the confidence that your investment is protected from day one.

For the cook who refuses to compromise, the Thor Kitchen® 48-Inch Professional Gas Range in Black is the centerpiece your kitchen has been missing. Spanning nearly four feet of commanding black matte finish, this freestanding powerhouse pairs a six-burner cooktop and integrated griddle with dual ovens totaling 6.75 cubic feet of cooking capacity, giving you the firepower and flexibility to run a full holiday spread, a weekend dinner party, or a weeknight family meal with the same confident control. This is professional-grade performance built for the home cook who means business.
